Project enquiry information
Information submitted through the quotation form is used to evaluate and respond to the project request.
What is collected
The form collects contact details, company name, project location, project type, approximate size or capacity, target programme and the technical description you provide.
How it is used
The enquiry is stored in the website's internal database and an email notification is sent to the authorised Prefab Turkey Google Workspace sales inbox. It is not automatically added to an advertising audience, external CRM or marketing mailing list.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorised people responsible for reviewing and responding to project enquiries, together with the technical hosting and email providers needed to operate the service.
Correction or deletion
To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, email info@prefabturkey.com and include the enquiry reference where available.
Optional advertising measurement
Google's consent mode is installed with advertising storage, advertising user data, personalisation and analytics storage denied by default. If you select “Accept measurement”, Google Ads can use cookies and receive browsing and conversion data to measure which advertisements lead to successful project enquiries. We do not send your name, email, phone number or project brief to Google, and personalised advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled.
If you reject optional measurement, advertising storage remains denied and the form continues to work. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using “Cookie settings”. Withdrawing consent stops future consented conversion events; it does not erase data already received by Google. Our site remembers your choice for up to 180 days. Essential technical storage may also be used for security and site functionality.
